Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana (sliced)
1 cup black berries
200ml almond milk
3 pitted dates
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup strawberries
Dash of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add rolled oats, sliced banana, and frozen berries into a mixing jar.
Grind well for 30 seconds to a paste-like consistency.
Add the remaining ingredients. Grind again.
Add almond milk little by little until the consistency is smoothie like.
Serve fresh and chilled.
