SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup rolled oats

  2. 1 banana (sliced)

  3. 1 cup black berries

  4. 200ml almond milk

  5. 3 pitted dates

  6. 2 tbsp chia seeds

  7. 1 cup strawberries

  8. Dash of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add rolled oats, sliced banana, and frozen berries into a mixing jar.

  2. Grind well for 30 seconds to a paste-like consistency.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Grind again.

  4. Add almond milk little by little until the consistency is smoothie like.

  5. Serve fresh and chilled.
