Ingredients:
Moong sprouts- 1 cup
Chopped mix vegetables- 1 cup
Grated ginger- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Pressure cook sprouts and vegetables with 3 cups of water for 2-3 whistles.
Alternatively, boil on slow flame till sprouts are soft.
Add grated ginger.
Let it seep for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
