Sprouts-Veggie Ginger Soup

Ingredients:

  1. Moong sprouts- 1 cup

  2. Chopped mix vegetables- 1 cup

  3. Grated ginger- 1 tsp

  4. Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pressure cook sprouts and vegetables with 3 cups of water for 2-3 whistles.

  2. Alternatively, boil on slow flame till sprouts are soft.

  3. Add grated ginger.

  4. Let it seep for 10 minutes.

  5. Serve hot.
