SMOOTHIE RECIPES

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup spinach leaves

  2. 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves.

  3. 1 stalk celery (chopped)

  4. ½ cup brewed green tea (cooled)

  5. ½ apple OR ¼ avocado

  6. Dash cayenne pepper (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place spinach, mint, celery and green tea into a blender.

  2. Puree until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, with some water if required.

  4. Blend again and serve fresh. Tastes best when served chilled.
