Ingredients:
1 cup spinach leaves
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves.
1 stalk celery (chopped)
½ cup brewed green tea (cooled)
½ apple OR ¼ avocado
Dash cayenne pepper (Optional)
Instructions:
Place spinach, mint, celery and green tea into a blender.
Puree until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, with some water if required.
Blend again and serve fresh. Tastes best when served chilled.
